Instructions

    Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over simmering water; let cool slightly.

    Whisk in egg yolks one at a time.

    Beat egg whites with sugar and salt to medium peaks.

    Fold whipped cream into chocolate, then fold in egg whites in two additions.

    Pipe into glasses; chill at least 4 hours. Top with berries, cream, and flaky salt.
